7 Bedroom Self Build

Coventry, Broad Lane

Our Client Says:

"Mark came across as a very professional and impressed us with his knowledge and friendly approach right from the start and we had no hesitation whatsoever in choosing his solution. We were particularly impressed with the recently developed radial ducting system which, due to the block & beam floors was easier to conceal than fixed larger steel pipe systems and significantly quieter. We would highly recommend Mark to design and install your new MVHR as we know you will not be disappointed.”

Mr. Mansfield

Our Approach

Mr Mansfield first enquired about Mechanical Ventilation Heat Recovery (MVHR) at the Homebuilding & RenovationShow 2017 at the NEC.

MrMansfield is developing a self-build, 4 bedroom, 3 storey property in Coventry.

Mark Heat Recovery System offered a full MVHR package-designed , supplied, install & commissioning service to his new development.

Afer seeing the benefit of the semi rigid 75mm radial ducting system (SAPQ Tested) at the show, he decided to go down this route rather than a branch system, he also liked that there is “no noise transfer between rooms” & also  “zero leakage ensures performance – no loss of valuable regained air”.

It is vital to your health and wellbeing to change all the air in homes, continually replacing the stale contaminated air with highly  filtered, fresh air from outside.

Mr Mansfield’s MVHR system will provide a constant supply of  fresh air to the house. Before entering his self-build the air will be filtered of dust, pollution and pollen, creating a very healthy living environment.

MrMansfield’s two Heat Recovery Ventilation systems will ensure high levels of energy-efficiency and significant savings on heating costs.

Our client Says:

My wife and I first met with Mark Wormington of Mark Heat Recovery Systems at the ‘Grand Designs’ show at the NEC Birmingham.

At that time we were investigating the various mechanical installations for our proposed New Build 7 bedroom 3 story house in Coventry.

As a retired heating & plumbing company owner I had an interest in MVHR systems from their early beginnings and was keen to incorporate such system into the new property rather than having fans and vents everywhere. This would also compliment the air-source and underfloor heating system we were installing.

We visited at the time a number of MVHR stands and were generally impressed with how they had advanced over the years with many ‘big brand’ names developing new units and ducting systems.

Mark came across as a very professional and impressed us with his knowledge and friendly approach right from the start and we had no hesitation whatsoever in choosing his solution.

We were particularly impressed with the recently developed radial ducting system which, due to the block & beam floors was easier to conceal than fixed larger steel pipe systems and significantly quieter.

His description of the installation, how he would carry it out and the manufacturers he was recommending were second to none and right from the first fix he was a pleasure to work with.

He had an attention to detail that was refreshing and helped us to fully understand the functions of the two units eventually installed discretely in the new build. He was helpful whilst dealing with all of the other trades and when the system was commissioned it worked just as it said on the tin. We would highly recommend Mark to design and install your new MVHR as we know you will not be disappointed.

Mark Heat Recovery Systems offer a wide range of high efficient Heat Recovery Systems to ensure a comfortable and healthy living environment for your home.
